MARCH 2, 2021:

We have some wonderful news! The Admin Search Committee is honored to announce that Debra Dance Schmid has been named the new Head of School.

Debra is currently on the administrative team here at SMS, and we are excited to follow her lead into the next phase of growth for our school. For more information, please read this press release.

Debra will start this position in May 2021 to allow overlap with Kelley’s final month. We are looking forward to a smooth transition to our new leadership.
