Substitute Teacher

Join our nurturing Montessori community! Staunton Montessori School is seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic Substitute Teacher to support our Primary, Elementary, and Afterschool  Montessori Programs for children ages 3–12.

Position Details

  • Start Date: Ongoing

  • Schedule: as needed, anytime Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m 

  • Compensation: $16-$21 per hour, (commensurate with experience)

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to comfortably bend, squat, and sit on the floor to engage with children at their level, as well as the strength to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday.
