Dr. Montessori was well before her time when she incorporated movement into her educational pedagogy. In addition to the classroom works that encourage movement we want to have more targeted movement activities for our students. We plan to set up a movement shelf in the Primary and Elementary hallway.
Activity dice for both the primary and elementary hallway will allow our students to practice a variety of fun physical activities, allow time for a brain break and strengthen our core muscles.
